What is New Teeth in One Day?
New Teeth in One Day is a procedure that uses four dental implants in the upper or lower jaw to hold in place a new set of teeth made from zirconia, a very natural-looking and strong ceramic. Dr. Greenberg uses dense, healthy bone to place the implants, using angled implants to achieve maximum bone coverage, thereby making bone grafting unnecessary. Only a few implants are needed per arch as the force from chewing and biting is evenly distributed between the implants and absorbed by your strong new zirconia teeth.
Dr. Greenberg extracts any remaining teeth, places the dental implants and attaches an aesthetic and functional new set of teeth in the same visit. Once the implants have fully integrated with the bone (healed), he places your beautiful final zirconia teeth.
